Ensure all furniture is in its original, like-new condition and keep all original packaging and assembly hardware ready for inspection.

Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional pickup service; smaller decor items can be returned directly to any of our store locations.

Receive Your Refund

Once the items are inspected and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
